What to Expect: First-Time Visitors
Whether you are picking up totes, selling used containers, or visiting to discuss a bulk order, here is what to expect when you arrive at our facility.
Check In at the Office
When you arrive, park in the visitor area and check in at our front office. A team member will greet you, confirm your order or inquiry, and provide any necessary safety orientation.
Facility Tour (Optional)
First-time buyers and sellers are welcome to tour our wash area, reconditioning line, and inventory yard. We believe in transparency — seeing our process firsthand builds confidence in the quality of our products.
Inspect and Select
For pickup orders, you can inspect your totes before loading. For buyback customers, our team will assess your totes on-site and provide a price quote within minutes. Bring photos on your phone if you want to discuss specific inventory beforehand.
Loading and Payment
Our forklift team handles all loading at no additional charge. Payment is accepted on-site (cash, check, card) or can be arranged via ACH for commercial accounts. Buyback payments are issued on the spot or via check within 48 hours.
Safety Note
Our facility is an active industrial site. Visitors must wear closed-toe shoes and stay within marked pedestrian areas. Hard hats and safety vests are provided if you will be entering the yard or wash areas. Children under 16 are not permitted in operational areas.
