How quickly can you pick up our used IBCs?
For Baltimore City and County (Zone 1), we can typically schedule pickup within 2-3 business days on a standard plan, or same-day for Premium clients. Emergency pickup is available within 4 hours for a surcharge. For locations outside Baltimore metro, pickup is usually scheduled within 5 business days depending on route availability and order size.
What condition do our totes need to be in for buyback?
We accept IBCs in any condition — from lightly used to heavily damaged. Even crushed cages, cracked bottles, and end-of-life totes have material value. Our assessment team inspects each container and provides a price based on its condition and reuse potential. Better condition totes receive higher buyback rates. There is no condition that is too poor for us to accept.
Do you provide documentation for environmental compliance reporting?
Yes. Our recycling service includes a Certificate of Recycling for every container processed. This document records the container ID, date of processing, material recovery method, and diversion weight. These certificates satisfy most EPA, state, and municipal reporting requirements. Enterprise clients receive quarterly sustainability reports with aggregate data for their annual environmental disclosures.
Can you clean totes that previously held hazardous materials?
Yes, with certain limitations. We can clean containers that held most industrial chemicals, acids, bases, and non-volatile hazardous materials. We follow EPA triple-rinse standards and maintain proper waste disposal for all rinse water. However, we cannot accept containers that held explosive materials, radioactive substances, or certain highly toxic pesticides. Contact us with the Safety Data Sheet for the previous contents and we will confirm whether we can process your containers.
Is there a minimum order for your services?
No. We have no minimum order requirements for any of our services. We are happy to pick up a single tote, clean one container, or deliver one replacement. However, per-unit costs are lower on larger orders due to volume pricing, and delivery fees may apply for small orders depending on your location. Our bulk pricing tiers start at 10 units.
How does the recurring service contract work?
You select a maintenance frequency (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual) and we lock in your service dates for the year. Each visit includes fleet inspection, parts replacement, and cleaning as outlined in the plan details. You receive a per-unit discount on all services performed under the contract. There are no long-term obligations — contracts are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. You can adjust frequency up or down at any time.
Do you offer on-site services or do totes need to come to your facility?
We offer both. Simple services like inspection, valve replacement, and gasket swaps can be performed on-site at your facility. For full cleaning, reconditioning, and rebottling, containers need to come to our Baltimore facility where we have the specialized equipment. We handle all transport logistics — you do not need to deliver containers yourself unless you prefer to.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept company checks, ACH bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), and wire transfers. Standard payment terms are Net 15 for new customers. Established customers on Standard plans receive Net 30 terms, and Enterprise clients can arrange Net 45 terms. For buyback payments, we issue company checks or ACH transfers — your choice. We do not accept cash for orders over $500.
